Children are naturally curious. During early childhood in particular, they are exceptionally receptive to information and excited to learn new things and explore their environment.

We want to derive the maximum possible benefit from this early stage of childhood enthusiasm. For this purpose, Josef Schwarz School offers a reception class (German: Eingangsstufe) for children in the last year of kindergarten (age 5).

This class is particularly well-suited for the early acquisition of English as part of our bilingual concept.

The reception class is integrated into the Josef Schwarz School facilities and a major component of the primary school. Its close proximity to the primary school and the relationship between the reception and primary school levels help to prepare the children perfectly for their primary education.
